What a difference a day makes — well, two days. With a bit of Friday’s white blanket still in the background, a floral carpet of Snowdrops (genus Galanthus, possibly Galanthus nivalis) filled the foreground.

Hanging like badminton birdies, the pretty white flowers made a strong statement in favor of a seasonal game change.
