Bleached wood coral

A small patch of Conifer or Haircap moss (genus Polytrichum) looks like a pine tree forest shrunk down to terrarium size.

This group shared its space with some kind of pale Cup lichen (genus Cladonia) — perhaps Reindeer lichen (Cladina subtenuis or rangiferina) — which would be seasonally appropriate.
