These Snowy owls (Bubo scandiacus) seemed to be quite content hanging out by the water’s edge in some of the wetlands of Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge (‘Brig’) near Atlantic City yesterday.

The brisk wind & chilly temperatures must have made them feel right at home.
