The Platters

The Platters

Dream Weaver

Dream Weaver

Three webs at the edge of a small forest; caught in the morning sunlight they look like shiny LPs ready to be played by an elfin DJ.

The spin doctors in this case seem to be a type of spiny orb-weaver, perhaps Spined micrathena (Micrathena gracilis).
